- Please contact customer service for heavier orders if you face any issue completing your order.
- Delivery within 3 to 5 days.
- Please inspect products before accepting delivery to ensure they are intact.
- Exchange and returns within 14 days.
- If a product arrives damaged, report within 24 hours of delivery with photos as proof.
- If the customer no longer needs the product, the customer covers full shipping cost, provided the product is intact and the packaging unopened.
- If the shipment is damaged, the company covers the full cost of the product and reshipping.
- Shipping inquiries are answered Saturday–Thursday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Order edits are allowed within 24 hours only.
